My stay at the hotel was mostly pleasant. The amenities were good, and the rooms were quite comfortable. However, there were some language barriers with the staff, which made communication a bit tricky at times. Dining options were decent but could have been more varied for breakfast. The spa facilities were a lovely addition and enhanced the relaxation aspect of my stay.

The hotel has a beautiful design and a spacious pool area, which I really enjoyed during my stay. The location is great, with easy access to the beach. However, I faced issues with the service, especially regarding communication, and the dining options left much to be desired as the food lacked flavor and variety. Overall, while it has its perks, there are significant areas that need improvement.

We had an absolutely fantastic time during our stay at the hotel! The atmosphere was lively, and we were really impressed with the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms. The variety of food was incredible, and the animation team made our days so much more fun. However, the Wi-Fi could have been better, especially at peak times, and it felt slightly overwhelming with so many guests during high season.

The hotel presents an impressive facade and an appealing design, but the overall experience fell short of expectations. The lack of attentive service created a frustrating atmosphere, especially during dining and check-in. While the pool area and aesthetics of the hotel were highlights, issues like poor internet connectivity and mediocre food options left much to be desired.
